Introduction
For nearly 12 years, I’ve been on a journey to rediscover and connect with my “sacred garden”—the most profound part of a woman’s body, her reproductive self. Like many, I experienced painful periods, relentless bloating, constipation, cramps, and blood clots that made each cycle a challenge. While I’m still learning and growing, I’ve found ways to support my body and ease the discomfort.
This journal is a simple yet powerful tool to help you understand your cycle, connect it with the moon’s rhythms, and nurture your body through food, movement, and intentional self-care. I also encourage you to explore acupuncture or massage therapy during this journey—modalities I still rely on for support today.
