Integrated Energy Therapy
Energy/CrystalsWhat is Integrated Energy Therapy (IET):
In short, this treatment works with 9 cellular memory points on the physical body. Throughout the treatment, we are connecting with angelic energy (or whom your higher power is). For thousands of years, many healing modalities see’s the body as an energetic, vibrational being. Every living cell, atom, molecule on this planet has a vibration to them. With good, heartfelt intentions, healing can happen within and around us. Energy can also be referred to as Chakras, Meridian Channels, and koshas in the body. With IETIntegrative energy therapies (IET) focus on balancing and harmonizing energies within our bodies to promote optimal health, well-being, and healing. IET techniques are based upon the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda medicine systems from India, as well as other energy therapies such as Reiki or Thai massage. More, we are able to work with specific cellular memory points to activate certain energies and shift anything that may be stuck or blocking flow.
These cellular memory points can cling onto past or present experiences we may have pushed away and “moved on from.” We work with ancestral energy to clear any karmic imprints presented within this lifetime or past. Maybe there’s a belief you are trying to work on and need a little assistance to clear the mind, body and soul. Integrated Energy Therapy help’s move past obstacles to realign the way our vibrational field may be flowing. Creating more space and balance for movement within the Chi(flow of energy). Please keep in mind this is not a psychotherapy or counseling session. The therapist goal for the session is to find out where there is stuck and restricted energy flow on a cellular level.
There are many forms of IET treatments. I currently practice the basic and intermediate levels.
The basic IETIntegrative energy therapies (IET) focus on balancing and harmonizing energies within our bodies to promote optimal health, well-being, and healing. IET techniques are based upon the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda medicine systems from India, as well as other energy therapies such as Reiki or Thai massage. More session should be the first treatment. If you’re someone who has worked with energy before and ready to dive in on a deeper level, go for the intermediate session.
In the basic session we work with the physical and emotional energy. Releasing any blockages on the surface, meaning the realm we currently live. The intermediate session starts like the first with longer holds to integrate the mental and karmic energy realms. Sometimes imprints can release into our energy field and lingers around us. Some clients experience past lives, release stuck emotions or patterns that felt woven in their DNA.
Both of these treatments may last up to several days following the treatment.
During this time you can feel more energized, light, focused, or maybe even tired if you let go repressed emotions. Some clients even felt like they had a life changing experience. All of these are positive signs because energy moves in a multitude of ways. Be prepared to have any memories resurface. This is a sign the body is still holding onto repressed emotions. Journaling can be a way to express undeveloped feelings. It is best to journal after a treatment for the following week and track your day of random thoughts or feelings that may come up. Be sure to rest and drink lots of waterWater refers to the element of moisture or fluidity that surrounds all matter on a macroscopic level according to Ayurveda. It plays an important role by regulating physiological processes such as circulation and respiration, among others. More following treatment. If you can, this treatment is recommended to do a day before your next day off. This way you have a whole day after the treatment to process and keep in mind with what’s going on with your body. The more we pay attention, the more we can heal on our journey to health.
